This year has been rough. Both mentally, financially, and physically. But I’m still here, and you are still here, too.

I’m letting go of promises and expectations and reducing any stresses in my life. It’s been a good move, as I’m much less stressed and burned out. Going back to the gym helped, too.
I completed workout #4 yesterday and will continue. I have much to say about the gym and how I found my way back to it after years of resenting it. Expect that piece sometime soon. I want to write it after at least a month of workouts, not just two weeks.
There’s a satisfying feeling about getting your muscles a little sore and feeling alive. It’s definitely better than sitting at a computer all day.
